Q5. If the home is still under construction, do I have a say in the design, construction, finishing or furnishing of the home? If the home is already constructed, can I alter existing fixtures or fittings or add new fixtures and fittings?

Q6. What protection do I have against a loss of rights (including the right to live in my home) if the village is sold to another organisation?

Q7. Can residents be made liable for any additional or extraordinary charges, and if so, for what purposes?
