Construction of the next stage of new homes is underway at The Hermitage.

An exciting new innovation at The Hermitage means that purchasers can tailor make a home to their own specific budget, taste and requirements. With all homes deposited prior to construction, purchasers have the opportunity to select from a range of additional features. For example, there is a choice of three different kitchen appliance packages, a choice of stone or laminate benchtops, ducted or split system air conditioning and courtyard pavement finishes.

There is also a choice of four contemporary internal colour schemes and a range of carpets styles and colours.  Kitchen displays, internal colour schemes and carpet samples for our new homes are now available for viewing at The Hermitage Sales Centre.

Tailor making a home at The Hermitage is even more appealing because in making a selection for tailor made inclusions, there is a generous discount scheme whereby depositors receive a cash rebate for the discounted sum on settlement.

Purchasers are involved in the process of building their new home from the ground up. They are kept informed of construction progress with regular updates and photographs of their home being built. They are welcome to come and visit the building site, by appointment, at any time during the construction phase.

However, if you are not ready to move just yet you can still reserve the home of your choice in a future stage by placing an “Expression of Interest”.This allows you the security of knowing your home is reserved whilst providing plenty of time for you to organise the sale of your current home. A fully refundable deposit of $1,000 will secure your choice and location of home design and no further payments are required until construction of the home is ready to commence.
